This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a large automotive fleet organisation based in Thames Ditton, Surrey.

My client is seeking a Liaison Officer to provide a high level of service delivery to the client in all areas of the Service, Maintenance & Repair aspects of their contract.

You will be responsible for assisting the Account Management & Business Development teams with technical and procedural questions, ensure that all routine repairs are carried out on time, authorise maintenance repair invoices, logging and sending vehicle recall notices to drivers and to carry out all administrative duties (data entry, warranty claims etc).

Candidates must have previous motor vehicle technician experience or qualified to C&G Parts 1 & 2 , previous experience within fleet management or client services management, a high level of industry knowledge/awareness and relationship management experience.

Good working knowledge of Fleetware, I Link or Kerridge would be advantageous.

Candidates must have a full clean driving licence.
