Job profile:
The role will involve translation work allocation and production scheduling to ensure client dates are met and that the most appropriate translator is selected for each text. Also monitoring of translators` programmes, processing of orders ready for production and customer liaison.
Some of the main duties/responsibilities will be to:
· Provide need-driven support to the various teams within the department
· Preparation of internal paperwork, interpreting client`s instructions into a format understandable by all staff
· Liaise between in-house translator and client to resolve any queries that may arise

Person profile:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer service focus. Good IT skills, ability to multi-task.

Skills profile:
Language degree in German is essential. Previous Administration and client contact experience would be beneficial.
