Job profile:
Some of the main duties will include:
· Coordinating and overseeing all stages of the project which includes receipt of request from client, price and delivery schedule quotation, translator liaison, document correction, dispatch of translation to client, invoicing instructions to Accounts department.
· Day-to-day communication with clients.
· Communicating and interacting with other members of the department.
· Ensuring that the quality of projects is met.
Person profile:
Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to multi-task. Strong customer service focus.
Skills profile:
Good IT skills. European language mother tongue with excellent English or English mother tongue with a degree in a European language.
