Salary: £35000 - £40000 per annum + Car and generous benefits package

Working with the Development Manager and Director of SME Division to generate new clients for the company in the SME sector (Premiums principally of £5,000 to 50,000). Focus will be on the South East and Kent in particular.
Main Responsibilities
Working within and contribute to the development of the company Sales and Marketing strategy.
Producing annual income from new sales at and above agreed identifiable levels.
Developing such principally from leads and opportunities self-generated whilst also working on referred leads from existing company clients.
Take responsibility for the broking of such risks to the insurance market with suitable support and broking input from other staff.
Generating opportunities for other parts of the company in cross-sales including Risk Consulting and Financial Services.
Key KNOWLEDGE
Broad knowledge and technical ability in key areas of Commercial Insurance
Working understanding and ability to discuss private insurances and Financial Services.
Strong understanding of the insurance marketplace and interactions therein.
A strong ability to produce, edit and review presentations.
Working ability in key IT areas such as Word.
ACII qualification or similar preferred
Key SKILLS required of the role
Strong communication and trading skills.
