CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER

A great opportunity to join a international company where you will be the main point of contact for key customers focussing on long-term client relationships.

You will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with existing clients, updating on products and providing support. You will promote the benefits of e-learning and step by step process, meeting with leadership teams and monitoring progress. You will also provide hands on training, support the sales teams and run pilot projects. This role covers a South Central Territory (Wokingham, West Berkshire and Portsmouth).

You will need a teaching degree with 2 years teaching experience and a good understanding of technology in education and e-learning platforms.
