To work within a team of Client Managers handling a portfolio of existing clients, consisting of HNW Car Collectors & Classic Car Motor Traders, Auction Houses and Museums.
The Motor Traders are specialists in their various fields of repair, restoration, servicing, sales and are all high quality and prestigious vehicles
Cover is placed with our insurer partner under a binding authority basis, on an exclusive scheme.
Responding promptly and efficiently to clients' instructions, request and enquiries at all times.
Producing quotations and issuing cover under our binding authority with our insurance partner.
Advising clients on cover available and correct levels for their requirements.
Assist in dealing with all aspects of clients' claims.
Preparation and invitation of renewals, enhancing cover and cross-selling where possible to maximise the client account.
Maintaining and administering an efficient database and diary system on the computer.
Maintaining accurate records and producing relevant documentation.
Offering and carrying out renewal visits to clients where appropriate, also with the possibility of attending various events involving our clients.
