Our client a national Lloyd's broker is looking to strengthen its marine division with an account handler. You will have a marine insurance background with the main duties being client servicing, maximising business and administering claims.
Other duties will include supporting Account Executives and brokers as directed, within the identified team.
Receive / send correspondence relative to the specified portfolio of business.
- Review correspondence, liasing with colleagues as appropriate to determine necessary actions.
- Prepare market submissions and documentation as needed for the effective service and management of the relevant portfolio of business, including the collation of claims statistics.
- Carry out other projects, tasks and other duties as may from time to time be specified by senior management.
- Support service delivery to agreed standards for a portfolio of accounts.
- Service co-ordination

- Work with other professionals on an individual account or a portfolio of accounts to ensure that relevant information is shared among appropriate individuals and required actions are taken to meet clients needs.

- Client liaison, including the support of developing new products and initiatives.
