PURCHASE LEDGER

Egham Surrey £18,000 One of Europe’s pre eminent providers of integrated audio visual communication systems with a pedigree covering more than 30 years of continued growth and success in the audio visual communications market place. A leading specialist in the design, supply and installation of integrated audio visual systems. Due to continued success and growth of the business are seeking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant to enhance the current team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in accounts with the ability to multi task and work effectively in a small team.

The Role: * Coding and gaining approval of all invoices for payment

  • Checking against purchase orders for accuracy of quantity and value

  • Payment of invoices monthly by cheque

  • Reconciliation of supplier statements

  • Maintain supplier related spreadsheets

  • Monthly forecasts for payment runs

  • Assist with month end procedures and closure

  • Knowledge of Sage and SAP advantageous
