Job Description
Opportunity to join a large company in a varied credit control role. You will need to have previous some telephone-based customer-liaison experience and ideally an understanding of credit control processes.
Varied duties include relationship building over the phone with partner Companies, reconciliation of monthly payments, minimising debt by letter, e mail and telephone, resolving account queries, promoting adherance to payment terms, allocating funds and monthly reporting.
Unusually, this role is more about building relationships with existing businesses - you will not be chasing debt directly from any individual customer.
