Job Description
Purpose of the role:
To advise and direct new enquiries to relevant case handling staff and to initially convert enquires to retained clients.
To manage and advise callers of the Legal Helpline and to send Claim Forms if appropriate
You will either be qualified or be working towards a Legal Qualification with excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Ideally you will be a proactive person with good negotiation skills to be able to turn enquires into new business.
You will be providing generic legal advice on a wide range of areas including Will Writing and Conveyancing through to complex matters such as Estate Management, Inheritance Tax, Planning and Medical Negligence Claims.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week), working shift pattern covering the hours of 8am-8pm Tuesday to Friday plus a Saturday working from 9am to 6pm.
