£12 per hour - 6 month contract

Global Blue Chip Company.

Please only apply if you have demonstrable outbound sales support and customer service experience gained ideally from working for a software solutions provider.

The successful candidate will be required to promote software services to customers and to help them identify the most appropriate solution to meet their needs and provide operational support.

Duties:
To be the first point of contact for all customer queries in relation to software products and services via telephone and email
Provide customers with accurate and timely information
Identify opportunities to pro-actively promote services to customers (outbound calls & follow-ups)
Maintain service level standards and actively contribute to the development of a service culture of “excellence”

Skills:
Telephone based customer service experience
Excellent customer service skills
Highly developed telephone skills - both outbound and inbound calls
Strong organisational skills
IT literate – experience in Microsoft Office Suite and corporate software systems
Team player
Well developed written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self motivated
