Job Description

Our client provide a modern, fast and independent national claims management and loss adjusting service, embracing all categories of claims while specialising in niche areas of the market.

Due to continued growth in their market they are seeking an experienced Assistant Claims Insurance Manager

You will be required to lead a team of administrators/claims handlers and provide assistance and cover for the Claims Manager. Co-ordinate telephone calls from Captive Insurers, Customers, Engineers, Customer Relations Departments, Loss Adjusters and Solicitors. Written correspondence is a large part of this role; therefore excellent standards of English and grammar are required. Daily duties will include processing payments; raising queries; obtaining further information; arranging inspections of damage with builders and loss adjusters. This role also involves decision making on claims.

You must have previous team leadership experience and have at least 2 years\\' experience in an insurance / claims environment role.

Salary is depending on experince but between £20k- £28k + benefits.
