• Vacancy Title: Team Leader, Joint Commissioning

• What’s involved:

To manage the Joint Commissioning Team to undertake the strategic commissioning functions on behalf of the Council’s Adult Social Care, Health and Housing Department.

To manage the Housing Commissioning function within the Joint Commissioning Team on behalf of the Council’s Adult Social Care, Health and Housing Department.

To manage the following budgets:
• Joint Commissioning Team
• Outcomes Development Fund
• Mental Health Grant
• Mental Health Day Care (Mead House)
• Stroke Grant
• Transport Grant
• Concessionary Fares
• Dining Centres
